Conserving natural resources is top of mind at the Lazy KT Ranch in Freedom, Oklahoma, on Earth Day and every day. Through the Dust Bowl, severe drought in the 1950s and drought again today, conservation has allowed the ranch to continue.

Dill City man arrested on charges of Lewd or Indecent Acts to a Child

A 70-year-old Dill City man is facing at least 25 years in prison if convicted of charges relating to an incident that allegedly happened at his home in November 2022. Charles Michael Carpenter has been charged with one felony count of Lewd or Indecent Acts to a Child Under 16.

Jackson and Jessie (Rainbolt) Hardesty of Prosper, Texas, welcomed their daughter, Charlie Kate, on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Charlie weighed seven pounds, four ounces and was 20 inches long. Her maternal grandparents are Charles and Zonelle Rainbolt of Cordell, Oklahoma.
