Voters in Washita County are reminded to keep the integrity of the election system in mind, when going to the polls next week.

2024 STATE QUESTION ANALYSIS

Two questions will appear on the November 5, 2024, General Election Ballot. Both were referred to a vote of the people by the Oklahoma Legislature.The questions are reprinted here as they will appear on the ballot followed by a brief summary prepared by the Oklahoma Press Association.

Auditions set for community theatre’s holiday production

The Legacy at the Opera House will host a community theater production of “FrUiTCaKeS” this holiday season. All interested individuals are invited to attend auditions on Monday, October 28 at 6:00 p.m. at the Opera House, located in Cordell at 225 E. Main.
