REC SOCCER COMPETES IN FIRST TOURNAMENT OF THE SEASON

Cordell Recreational Soccer Club competed in its first season tournament this past weekend in Clinton, OK. The Wildcats lost their first game by one point with a final score of 4-3. They prevailed in the second game with an ending score of 5-3. The Green Gators fell short of their first game and ended their second game with a tie. CORDELL REC SOCCER CLUB HOSTS RAFFLE FUNDRAISER

The Cordell Recreational Soccer Club, which offers a competitive and recreational youth soccer program, is holding a raffle fundraiser. The proceeds will go directly to Cordell Recreational Soccer Club. The raffle tickets are $10 each for a chance to win one of three prize bundles. Each bundle is worth over $200. Bundle one includes a Pillow Pet, metal sign, Scentsy warmer with two scents, From Scratch gift card, movie theatre bundle (two tickets, one large popcorn, and two drinks), two Subway gift cards, kids small t-shirt, car freshie, and a Halloween tumbler. Bundle two includes a Yeti cup, a Slice 183 t-shirt with a gift card, a theatre bundle (two tickets, one large popcorn, and two drinks), a Bean and Ladle gift card, a Sonic gift card, car freshie, candle, and plant bucket. Bundle three includes a wooden sign, sling soccer bag, theatre bundle (two tickets, one large popcorn, and two drinks), Springrosies package (car freshie, earrings, and a gift card), Mike's Meats gift card, two Subway gift cards, Riggs Nutrition gift basket, candle, and a Yeti cup.

Those interested can purchase tickets from Cordell recreational soccer players. Ticket sales started Tuesday, September 25, and will end Friday, October 6.
