Corn Bible Academy (CBA) had two seniors, out of a class of 11 students, who became National Merit Finalists this year. Harrison Penner is the son of Hal and Geneva Penner of Weatherford, OK.

Sawatzky enters race for District 55 House seat

Jeff Sawatzky, a fourth-generation farmer and rancher, announced on Feb. 16, that he has officially entered the race for State House, District 55. “I’ve been working this land for decades and want to give back to the community and people who have been so good to me and my family,” said Sawatzky.
