New Mexico man’s body found in house near Dill City
Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation are seeking the public’s helps with information in regard to a New Mexico man found dead near Dill City on April 19.
The OSBI states that Patrick Mitchell Jacob Woods, 30, of Roswell, N.M.

Cordell Fire Department serve smoked sausage and turkey breasts to the community
Saturday, April 30, was the first Cruise Night of the summer season, and adding to the excitement and enjoyment, the Cordell Fire Department (CFD) held a fundraiser serving smoked turkey breast, smoked sausage with sides, dessert and drinks.
The City of Cordell is changing the days to dump tree limbs at the landfill. Citizens of Cordell will be able to dispose of tree limbs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. and from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the cost of $10 per load.
