Motion made by Gray seconded by Gossen to increase the rental and deposit rates of the activity center, effective January 1, 2027 and to request that the school pay a yearly deposit for the use of the building. Effective January 1, 2027 the rental and deposit rates will be as follows:
•Front area including kitchen and bathrooms: $350 deposit plus $350 rent per day or $35 per hour if needed less than ten hours.
•Whole building: $500 deposit plus $500 rent.
