The Cordell Storehouse – Thrift Store & Food Bank officially celebrated its grand opening Wednesday, August 5, marking the transition from its former name, Judah House Food Bank/Thee Thrift Store. Community members, volunteers, donors and customers gathered to celebrate the new chapter for the local organization, which continues its mission of serving Washita County families. Storehouse representatives expressed gratitude to the community for its continued support, noting that donations and purchases help provide quality food to local families in need. “We look forward to continuing to serve our community with the love of Jesus Christ for many more years to come,” the organization shared on social media. “God is good!”
