As summer approaches, social distancing is still in effect, but even more outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and outdoor sporting will likely become more popular as ways to embrace the warm weather while avoiding large crowds.

They’re in a new location this year, and not the one on which they had originally planned, but Amanda Billings and Chris Glasscock are moving full speed ahead with their second year of the Cordell Community Garden.

Free Fishing Days June 6-7

Anglers hoping to introduce someone to the sport of fishing this year have a chance to take them for free June 6-7. Everyone can fish (while practicing social distancing, of course) without a state fishing license on Oklahoma’s Free Fishing Days.
