A Hydro woman was killed on October 18 after colliding with a tractor near Cordell.
According to the collision report provided by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) the accident took place just before 8 pm Tuesday night, 1 mile east of Cordell on OK-152.
Troopers say a 2016 Lincoln MKX traveling westbound driven by 32-year-old Alexis B. Murray struck the rear of a John Deer 9420 Tractor.
OHP said the driver had to be extracted from the passenger side by crews from the Cordell Fire Department before being transported to Cordell Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Sunday, October 23, at approximately 10:32 pm a personal injury accident occurred on OK-44 and E 1250 RD, 4 miles north of Sentinel, OK.
A 2016 Toyota Tacoma driven by 35-year-old Chance C. Davis of Sentinel was southbound on OK-44 south of 1250 Rd. when it departed the roadway westbound, struck a fence, and rolled 1 and ¼ times resulting in ejection.
Davis was transported by AIR EVAC to OU Trauma in Oklahoma City, OK where he was admitted in fair condition with trunk internal injuries.
