Now on the 23rd day of December 2024, the County Commissioners in and for Washita County met in regular session with Chairman Goeringer calling the meeting to order.

The Board was notified of the appointment of Cherrie Brown as the Jail Administrator effective January 1, 2025. No action was taken.
The Board was notified of the requisition and receiving officers for the Sheriff Department and Washita County Justice effective January 1, 2025. They are as follows: requisition officers – Kevin Rozell and Meredith Perkins; receiving officers – Rusty Cannon and Cherrie Brown. No action was taken.
