Washita Co. Commissioners minutes

Now on the 29th day of January 2024, the County Commissioners in and for Washita County met in regular session with Chairman Goeringer calling the meeting to order.

Chairman Goeringer asked Kristen Dowell, County Clerk, for roll call. Roll call was answered by Gossen, present; Goeringer, present; Chandler, present.

The Board reviewed the minutes of the previous regular meeting. Motion made by Gossen seconded by Chandler to approve the minutes as presented. Gossen, yes; Goeringer, yes; Chandler, yes.

The Board was notified that the OK300 for the Department of Labor for 2023 has been completed. No action was taken.

In accordance with 19 O.S. §444, the Board of County Commissioners shall publish the salaries of all county employees annually as reported to the Internal Revenue Service on the W-2 of the employee, designating those paid for less than twelve months with an asterisk. Motion made by Chandler seconded by Goeringer to approve a Transfer of Funds transferring $13,110.00 from the FEMA Safe Room Grant fund to the Highway fund, District 3 account for the repayment of an interfund loan transfer used to fund the safe room reimbursements.
