Motion made by Gossen seconded by Chandler to approve the Transfer of Funds from Highway (District 3) to FEMA Safe Room Grant in the amount of $13,110 to fund the reimbursements to the recipients of a safe room grant on draw #8 until FEMA sends reimbursement to the County.
