Now on the 20th day of November 2023, the County Commissioners in and for Washita County met in regular session with Chairman Goeringer calling the meeting to order.

The Board reviewed the minutes of the previous regular meeting. Motion made by Gossen seconded by Chandler to approve the minutes as presented. Gossen, yes; Goeringer, yes; Chandler, yes.

The Board discussed the list of materials and supplies to be sent to vendors for six-month bids. No action was taken.
Phil Kliewer, Mayor of Cordell, was present to request to place luminaries on the Courthouse lawn and/or steps during the Christmas season. The City will purchase the luminaries and will be responsible for the placement and removal. Motion made by Goeringer seconded by Gossen to allow the décor for the Christmas season.
