Rogers Elementary, Burns Flat-Dill City Schools receives $3,000 grant from Carolyn Watson Rural Oklahoma Community Foundation

Will Rogers Elementary Schools is pleased to announce it has received a $3,000 Classroom Enhancement grant from the Carolyn Watson Rural Oklahoma Community Foundation administered by the Oklahoma City Community Foundation. The grant wil be used to assist in funding Technology for the Special Education Classroom which will allow Will Rogers Elementary to provide educational opportunities that will expand its students’ horizons.

“We are so pleased to have received this grant and appreciate the support of the Carolyn Watson Rural Oklahoma Community Foundation,” says Mrs. Lace Davis the school’s Principal.

The project is allowing the resource lab at Will Rogers Elementary to have updated I Pads to access their reading curriculum and online learning opportunities that were inaccessible in the resource lab before the grant.
