Kristen Dowell, Washita County Clerk, has partnered with Kellpro to provide the citizens of Washita County a monitoring system of the land records filed in the County Clerk’s office. This public service notifies subscribers, by email, of deeds, mortgages, liens, and any other land documents filed as official records in the County Clerk’s office. Filings may be monitored by name and/or legal description.

To begin monitoring your records, follow the steps below: 1. Visit www.okcountyrecords.com 2. On the map of Oklahoma, select Washita County.

If you are on a mobile device a map will not be displayed, only the county names will be displayed.
