I hope this letter finds you well and that you have had a fantastic week! I wanted to take a moment to share some important announcements and celebrations from our school.
First and foremost, I am delighted to share that the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) club has made a return to Cordell High School! FCA provides a wonderful platform for student athletes to grow spiritually, develop leadership skills, and build strong relationships with their peers. We are excited to have this program back and look forward to the positive impact it will have on our students.
FCA is reigniting the passion for both sports and faith among our students, and I couldn’t be more proud.
I am also thrilled to inform you that God has brought an incredible addition to our Cordell family. I firmly believe that there are reasons behind every occurrence, and sometimes, it is as if God places certain individuals in our lives for a purpose. I genuinely believe that Coach Jordan Dages is one of those individuals, sent to Cordell to be a positive and impactful person throughout our student body. When I reached out to Coach Dages about starting a Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) club at our school, he immediately embraced the idea. We are fortunate to have him and his family join us here at Cordell. Let us welcome Coach Jordan Dages as Cordell High School’s FCA Sponsor with open arms and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.
Lastly, It is important to me that the community feels connected and engaged. Through these newsletters, I hope to regularly share FCA updates, as well as any upcoming events or opportunities for involvement.
