New Boutique Opens On The Square In Cordell

Cordell’s square has a new destination for local shopping, with the opening of the West Okie Boutique earlier this month.

Hopie Johnson, one of the boutique’s owners, started selling clothing online some time ago, and finally decided to open her own brick-andmortar store. She turned to her long-time friend Karli Davis to go in with her as a partner, and West Okie Boutique was born.

The store features clothing and accessories for both women and children, along with unique locally designed and printed t-shirts.

“We just wanted to open a store in our hometown and bring something new here,” Johnson said.
