Local Edward Jones Financial Advisor has spent 35 years serving Cordell

Financial advisors at Edward Jones believe in partnering for positive impact to improve the well-being of their clients and colleagues and to better their communities and society. Phil Kliewer, a financial advisor in Cordell has embodied that philosophy and is celebrating his 35th anniversary in the community and with his clients. Kliewer has lived and worked in Cordell for over 70 years.

“Joining Edward Jones twenty two years ago was the right decision. There’s been nothing more rewarding than working together with my clients over the years and setting the financial path that helps them live their best lives,” Kliewer said. “I’ve built so many wonderful relationships that inspire me to continue serving my clients and this community.”

He is an active member of the community through Cordell Hosp Foundation, Chamber of Commerce, Washita Co. Historical Society, & Mayor for eight years.

Throughout the years with Edward Jones, Kliewer has held volunteer roles to make a difference for other financial advisors and their clients. These have included Level Leader, Mentor, & Ok Grass Roots Taskforce Chair. Kliewer has been recognized during his career among the top financial advisors in the firm for building a successful practice.

Penelope Gibbons, a senior branch office administrator, works side by side with Kliewer to help make a difference in their clients’ lives. Gibbons has been with Edward Jones for five years, and has spent 20 years in the surrounding community.

“Penelope is an asset to our clients and our firm,” said Kliewer. “I would like to recognize her for the excellent service she provides to our clients.”

“Most importantly, I would like to thank our clients for the trust they have placed in me over the past thirty five years,” Kliewer said.
