Local butcher shop owner shows skills at meat convention competition

Keith Schneberger of Keith’s Butcher Shop recently had success with his contest entries at the Oklahoma-Texas Meat Processors Association annual conference which was held in Stillwater June 7-9. Schneberger won Reserve Grand Champion-Breakfast Sausage, Reserve Grand Champion- Specialty Bacon, Champion- Hot Links, Champion- Smoked Sausage, and Champion- Luncheon Meat(Bologna). Keith’s Butcher Shop, LLC has been in business for 16 years and has locations in Burns Flat and Elk City.

The Oklahoma-Texas Meat Processors conference is held so that memberss can get together and discuss industry changes and offer community suport on a variety of topics and issues through training sessions and open table discussions.
