Cordell alum Steve Upton will host a reunion for the classes of the 70’s in Cordell on the last weekend in July. He originally had the event planned for 2020, but due to the pandemic, it had to be cancelled at that time.
Ginger Butler, a 1972 graduate, handled the planning of the all-school reunion for many years but asked Upton to take over what he could about ten years ago.
Upton wants to especially invite ‘VIP Guests’ which would include any faculty or support staff that worked at Cordell Schools during the 70’s. They can attend free of charge.
Other attendees should register by mail and send payment as soon as possible. The deadline was set for June 15, but Upton said that registrations will continue to be accepted through the entire month of June.
