Kicking off on Saturday, October 12, at 7:00 p.m., following the Pumpkin Festival festivities, this Halloween season attraction has become a must-see for daredevils near and far.
The Haunted Morgue, located at 203 E Clay St. across from the fire station, is steeped in history.
Once a funeral home, its eerie, unsettling past only adds to the terrifying experience. Now transformed into a two-story haunted house, it’s known for its elaborate themes and terrifying scare tactics that will have even the bravest visitors screaming in fright. With new surprises lurking in the dark and around every corner, the Haunted Morgue promises to be one of the most terrifying attractions in town.
But beyond the thrills, the Haunted Morgue serves a great cause. It’s the largest fundraising event for the CFD, with all proceeds going directly to the CFD to help fund vital gear and necessities that allow them to protect and serve the community. Supporting the Haunted Morgue is a chance to indulge in Halloween fun and give back to those who risk their lives to keep the local and surrounding communities safe.
The Haunted Morgue will be open on the following dates: October 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, and, of course, Halloween night on October 31. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and will remain open until the last group has made it through. Admission is $20 per person, and a $40 Fast Pass is available for those looking to skip the line.
This haunted attraction welcomes adults and children, but children under ten should proceed cautiously. To ensure everyone’s safety, visitors are asked to leave flashlights and recording devices at home and refrain from physical contact with volunteers.
