This week our Cordell Blue Devil Student Spotlight beams down on Sloane Roberts! She is a 2nd grader in Mrs. Wall's class. Sloane is happiest when playing softball and eating pizza! Can you tell us a little about yourself? What is your favorite thing to do? Coloring, painting, playing softball, and reading. I love pizza! I have a dog named Waylon and several cats named Bagels, Peso, Wednesday, Winter, Snowflake and Syrup.
How has your school year been so far? Have you done anything really fun and exciting? Second grade has been great. We do fun crafts and making Reader of the Month in January was awesome.
What is your favorite part about school? Who are your friends? Playing at recess with my friends. My friends are Jaci, Maren, Brylee and Kaylor. What are you most excited about for the second half of the school year? Finishing up school and going on summer break.

What do you want to be when you grow up? What would you like to do? I want to be a Veterinarian. Have a vet clinic with kittens running around everywhere and have a family.
What makes you happy? Cats, softball and my family.
Is there anything else you would like to say? I love that my mom teaches at my school and I get to play in her classroom after school.
