Co. Commissioners minutes

Now on the 22nd day of May 2023, the County Commissioners in and for Washita County met in regular session with Chairman Goeringer calling the meeting to order.

Chairman Goeringer asked Kristen Dowell, County Clerk, for roll call. Roll call was answered by Gossen, present; Goeringer, present; Chandler, present.

The Board reviewed the minutes of the previous regular meeting. Motion made by Gossen seconded by Chandler to approve the minutes as presented. Gossen, yes; Goeringer, yes; Chandler, yes.

Motion made by Gossen seconded by Chandler to approve the payroll for all county employees for the month of May. Gossen, yes; Goeringer, yes; Chandler, yes.

Motion made by Gossen seconded by Chandler to sign the title sheet for a bridge replacement project located in District 1 between Section 29 and 32, Township 11 North, Range 15 West – Coffee Creek. Gossen, yes; Goeringer; yes; Chandler, yes.

Motion made by Gossen seconded by Chandler to sign Resolution No. 2023-32 to surplus the following equipment for the Commissioners: R34701 – 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe. Gossen, yes; Goeringer, yes; Chandler, yes.

Motion made by Gossen seconded by Goeringer to sign Resolution No. 2023-33 designating that inmate medical service feeds be directed to Board of Prisoners within the Sheriff Service Fee fund. Gossen, yes; Goeringer, yes; Chandler, yes.
