    Charlotte Betche was recently presented with a plaque in recognition of her six years as a Board of Trustees Member of the Western Plains Libaray System. She was appointed to the position on the Board of Trustees by the Washita County Board of Commissioners and served from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2024.
