Bank of Cordell has been through a couple of name changes since it was established in 1902 as The State Bank of Rocky. The bank charter was moved to Cordell in 1998, which brought about its first name change.
Now known as Bank 360, the Cordell branch will serve as the Home Office of other Bank 360 locations in Clinton and a Loan Production Office in Tulsa.
Bank 360 President Ernie Cunningham said “Our name may have changed, but our ownership, management, and employees will remain the same plus adding new employees for the Clinton branch. The bank charter and main location will remain in Cordell.”
“The new name, BANK360, was chosen as it represents the services we provide to our customers – The complete circle of financial products: Checking, Saving, Certificate of Deposits, Safety Deposit Boxes, Agriculture Loans, Commercial Loans, Consumer Loans, Home Loans, and Investment Products.”
“Also, remote banking by telephone, Internet banking, mobile deposit, bill pay, and e-statements, allows you to bank anytime from anywhere.”
“Our history is rich: we are the oldest State Bank in Washita County, and we appreciate you being part of it.” said Cunningham.
