Charles Dwight Kenrick, son of Obed and Glessnell Wingo Kenrick, was born at Vici on Oct. 16, 1938. He passed from this life at the age of 81 on May 19, 2020, at Bivins Pointe Health Care in Amarillo, Texas. Charles grew up in the Vici community with his seven siblings.
