Cordell player headed to All-State soccer

After a challenging, but none-the-less rewarding season, Cordell Blue Devil Soccer is proud to announce this year’s All-State athlete Aiden Middendorf. Beyond any doubt, Middendorf will go above and beyond, leaving it all on the field. Middendorf is the 18-year-old son of John and Kim Jones.

Cordell Softball Summer League season gets underway

Summer League has started for the Cordell 8U and 12U softball teams. The season began full swing with the 8U girls winning their first two games Thursday night. The first game had the girls taking on the Weatherford Firecrackers. The Lady Devils held off the Firecrackers for a 7-6 win!

CHS SOCCER SENIOR NIGHT

Cordell High School Soccer Senior Night took place Thursday, April 20. Seniors are as follows: Danny Miller #12, Aiden Middendorf #13, Cheyann Edison #19, Keegan Holt #23, Emma Denny #18, Tristen Reimer #12, and Thomas Reimer #10. The girls ended the night with a 10-0 win against Millwood.

After a tough weekend in Reno, NV, Preslie Dickerson ended World of Wrestling taking home third place in the 7U girls 40 lb division.

Local girls headed to Reno for World of Wrestling Championship

This coming weekend will be an eventful one to say the least for two exceptional girls. Baylor Moore, 14 years old, and Preslie Dickerson, 6 years old, will travel to Reno, Nevada where they will compete for the World of Wrestling’s 26th Annual Reno World Championship wrestling title.

The Lady Blue Devils traveled to Union City to face the Sterling Lady Tigers in the regional tournament. The Lady Blue Devils were able to keep pace with the Lady Tigers in the first, but were unable to keep the pace in the second quarter, and found themselves down by 11 at half.

Blue Devil Soccer kicks McLoud to score two wins

Cordell Soccer kicked off the 2023 campaign this past week with a road trip to Elgin to take on the Owls. The night began with a nearly two hour rain delay, followed by brutal cold front and a terrible north wind. The Cordell Lady Devils took the field to start the season.

WHAT A TIME FOR PEE WEE WRESTLING!

Cordell brought home three pee wee wrestlers that placed in the Oklahoma Kids Wrestling Association’s 45th Annual State Champtionship. Two of those wrestlers were named State Champions. Preslie Dickerson, small but mighty, took home the gold in the 6U Girls 40lbs.
