The Cordell Chamber of Commerce kicked off its summer Movie in the Park series last Tuesday, July 8th, and what a night it was! Families, friends, and fans of adventure packed into Lee Park for an unforgettable evening watching The Goonies under the stars.

Adams Lake saw upwards of 100 visitors during its Fourth of July opening. Happy fishermen pulled plenty of fish from the water while other lake-goers chose to hike, relax, and view the beautiful scenery. More information will be coming soon about continued access to Washita County’s hidden gem.
