Parents and guardians of returning Cordell students are now able to log on to their guardian accounts and complete enrollment forms for the 2025-2026 school year. The web link to the enrollment home page is www.cordell.k12.ok.us/page/enrollment.
For login assistance, elementary parents should email dpatton@cordell.k12.ok.us and secondary school parents should email hcampbell@cordell.k12.ok.us.
Parents are urged to complete online enrollments for all returning students by July 15th.
Parents of new students should contact the school to set up enrollment. New students should bring birth certificate, immunization record, and social security card.
For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following: 1) Current, up-to-date immunization records; OR 2) A completed and signed exemption form. Students who wish to enroll but reside outside of the Cordell Public School District should complete an online transfer request. The link is provided on the school’s website.
