Grab your lawn chairs, blankets, summer nights in Cordell are about to get a whole lot more exciting! The Cordell Chamber of Commerce, along with proud sponsor Misty Gossen Agency, invites everyone to Movie in the Park, starting Tuesday, July 8.
Every Tuesday evening, the Cordell community can enjoy a different family-friendly movie under the stars, and best of all, it’s FREE! Just head to the park, claim your spot, and enjoy an evening of entertainment. Popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase, so come hungry for snacks and cinematic fun!
The movie lineup promises a little something for everyone:
• July 8 – The Goonies. Adventure, treasure maps, and plenty of laughs!
• July 15 – Super Mario Bros. Join Mario and Luigi for a wild ride.
• July 22 – Back to the Future. Hop in the DeLorean for some time-traveling fun.
• July 29 – Despicable Me. Villains and MINIONS!
• August 5 – The Wizard of Oz. Follow the Yellow Brick Road to classic movie magic.
• August 12 – The Sandlot. Wrap up the summer with this baseball favorite during the End of Summer Bash.
Movies will begin at dusk, so arrive early to secure a good seat and mingle with friends and neighbors. Don’t forget your mosquito spray, those pesky bugs love a good movie, too!
