The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Indiana Pacers 103-91 in a nail-biting Game 7 of the NBA Championship Series Sunday night, June 22nd. This was the first championship in OKC franchise history. Oklahoma City mayor David Holt immediately announced the 2025 Champions Parade, held Tuesday morning.

Adams Lake set to welcome guests

Cordell City Council gave their approval to a planned ‘soft opening’ of Adams Lake, set for the Fourth of July holiday. Adams Lake is located north of Dill City.

While most students are enjoying the slower pace of summer, the Cordell Lady Blue Devils basketball program has been putting in serious work in preparation for the upcoming school year and season.
