Calling all Cordell Alumni! Put your past homecoming decorating skills to the test and embark on true Blue Devil homecoming tradition yet again. Get your classmates together once more and decorate a float, just like the good ole days, and show your Blue Devil spirit by participating in this year’s football homecoming parade on Friday, September 26th! From confetti to school colors, this parade promises to set the tone for Blue Devil Football! Float entry deadline is Friday, September 19th. But the excitement doesn’t stop there. This year, all Cordell Alumni Cheerleaders are called upon to participate in an exciting, nostalgic, blast from the past! Former cheerleaders are invited to return to the field during halftime of the big game, joining in after the marching band performance to cheer along during the fight song. It’s a chance to relive the glory days, reunite with old friends, and lead the crowd in showing that once a Blue Devil, always a Blue Devil! Whether you’re cheering from the stands, marching in the parade, or shaking your pom-poms on the field once again, this Homecoming is sure to be unforgettable.
