Juanita (Billie) Maxine Johnson was born April 29, 1920, in Foster, Oklahoma to Gillie and Pearl Stotts. Billie died December 23, 2020, in Elk City, Oklahoma. She and Carl Allison lived in Lancaster, California for many years and moved to Burns Flat in 1994. They were together for 52 years.

Carl Imler Allison Jr. was born August 16, 1935, in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania to Verna Burket Allison and Carl I. Allison. Carl died May 18, 2019, in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dolores Taylor. Carl served in the Air Force for 20 years.
