Wanda Olene Spradlin was born Nov. 7, 1930, to Oscar Woolf and Cledia (Head) Woolf in Mount Pleasant and passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019, in the Grace Living Center in Buffalo.

Olene was raised in Mount Pleasant until she was 12 years old. The family moved to Dill City, where she graduated in 1948. She married Frank Spradlin Feb. 3, 1952, in Cordell. They made their home in Dill City, where they farmed and ranched.

She was a long-time and faithful member of the Dill City First Baptist Church; she enjoyed cooking, gardening, supporting and attending her grandkids’ sporting events and activities and loved watching the World Series.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Frank; and two brothers, Clyde and Bruce Woolf.

She is survived by three children, son Dale Spradline and wife Rene of Buffalo, daughters Gail O’Neil and husband Kelly of Alva, and DaLene Schmidt and husband Les of Dill City.

She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren, and two on the way.
