Obituary: Kirbie Ray Celsor 27, of Sentinel

Kirbie Ray Celsor, 27, of Sentinel, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 2, 2020. He was born Jan. 16, 1993 to Jimmy and Angie LaFleur Celsor in Clinton.

Kirbie grew up and attended school in Sentinel graduating with the Sentinel High School Class of 2012. While in high school he loved to play baseball and basketball. After high school he worked as a gin hand at Western Planters Co-op. Kirbie enjoyed being with his friends and family. Kirbie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his father, Jimmy Celsor and Brenda Smith of Rocky; brothers Court Celsor and Rebecca McGee of Sentinel, and Koby Celsor of Cordell; grandmother Linda Celsor of Sentinel; grandparents Bruce LaFleur and wife Lana of Phoenix, Ariz.; aunt Marty Thionnet of Reydon; and numerous cousins and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his mother Angie Lafleur Celsor and grandfather: Bud Celsor.

Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, Feb. 7, 2020, at the First Baptist Church of Sentinel, with interment at Sentinel Cemetery. Visitation was held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020, and from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020, with the family welcoming guests from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home in Sentinel.
