Brooke Nichole Caswell

Brooke Nichole Caswell, 29, was born on May 30, 1991 to Gary Wayne and Connie Lou (Miller) Dodson in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Brooke passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 at OU Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, while welcoming her beautiful baby boy, Abel Loyd Caswell, into the world.

Brooke graduated from Corn Bible Academy with the Class of 2009. After finishing high school, Brooke continued her education, becoming a cosmetologist.

Brooke met, then married, the love of her life, Josh Caswell, on May 17, 2014 in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Brooke enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling the world, scuba diving, and reading.

Brooke was a member of the Pine Acres Church in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She played a large part in their children's church.

Brooke is survived by her husband, Josh Caswell of the home; two sons, five-year-old, Axel Glenn Caswell and newborn, Abel Loyd Caswell both of the home; mother, Connie Lou Dodson of Cordell, Oklahoma; father-in-law, Bobby Caswell of Dill City, Oklahoma; mother-in-law, Dana Caswell of Dill City, Oklahoma; one stepbrother, Gerard Dodson and his wife, Christy of Cyril, Oklahoma; one brother-in-law, Brandon Caswell of Cordell, Oklahoma; two sisters, Phoebe Westmoreland of Louisiana, Lynette Robinson and her husband, Garrique of Barstrop, Texas; one sister-in-law, Tosha Christian and her husband, Parker of Cordell, Oklahoma; four nieces, Emma, Olivia, Layla, and Della Christian all of Cordell, Oklahoma; grandfather, Loyd Miller of Cordell, Oklahoma; one grandfather-in-law, Kenneth Weightman of Clinton, Oklahoma; two grandmother-in-laws, Jean Weightman of Clinton, Oklahoma, Evelyn Caswell of Hollis, Oklahoma; numerous other family members and friends.

Brooke is preceded in death by her father, Gary Wayne Dodson; grandmother, Jane Miller.

Funeral services for Brooke Caswell were at 10 a.m. on March, 26, 2021, at Bible MB Church in Cordell, Oklahoma. Officiating will be Pastor Kevin Creed. Interment followed at Brethren MB Cemetery. Under the direction of Ray and Martha's Funeral Home in Cordell, Oklahoma.
