Bonnie Faye Hardwick passed from this life on Aug. 24, 2019, in Oklahoma City, at age 77. Bonnie was born on Jan. 21, 1942, in Logan County, to Lewis Knisley and Velta (Beckner) Knisley.

She spent most of her life around Cordell but graduated high school from Wichita, Kan. On Oct. 29, 1964 she married Bobby Hardwick in Dill City and became a farmer’s wife, but continued to work as well. Bonnie worked and retired from Wal-Mart as a department manager.

Bonnie enjoyed sewing, knitting and jewelry making, but she especially enjoyed spending time with her family - which was her pride and joy.

Bonnie is survived by one daughter, Brenda Medlock and husband Jeff of Ponca City; two sons, Brad Hardwick and wife Larkann of Cordell and Benjamin Hardwick and wife Dana of Edmond; two brothers, Tom Knisley and wife Carolyn of Clinton and Fred Knisley of Cordell; one sister, Patty Foster of Corinth, Texas. Bonnie leaves a legacy of four grandchildren, Krischa Miller and husband Kurtis and Korinne Medlock, Rebecca and Nathan Hardwick; one great-grandson Kysan Miller; and one great-granddaughter Kamryn Miller; numerous, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Bobby; her parents Lewis and Velta; and one brother, Danny Knisley.

Services for Bonnie are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2019, at the Dill City First Baptist Church with Pastor Ron Roskom officiating. Interment will follow at Lawnview Cemetery in Cordell.

Viewing for Bonnie was held Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Peoples Cooperative Funeral Home located at 1400 West Main, Lone Wolf, 580-846-9018.
