Hundreds of families have started off Pumpkin Festival day with a steaming plate of pumpkin pancakes served with all the trimmings. Throughout the years, different groups have been in charge of the breakfast, and the 4th & College Church of Christ have taken th e task into their hands the last few.
Secret recipes and techniques have been passed down to each new cook, and the crew at 4th & College have added their own twists to create the Perfect Pumpkin Pancake! If pumpkin isn’t your thing they also have plenty of regular pancakes as well.
Don’t wait until the last minute...serving starts at 7:00 a.m. and runs until 9:00 a.m., but if they run out before then, you will have to head to the festival hungry. The early bird gets the pancakes... plus sausage, bacon, and your choice of coffee or water.
Bring your family and friends to start your day off right at 4th & College Church, 501 N. College Street. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for kids and seniors. Children two and under eat free. Cash or cards are accepted, but a small convenience fee will be added i f paying with a card.
The best part is that all proceeds go to local charities. That’s a sweet deal!
