Working around the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cordell Christian Home kept up with their traditional Memorial Day concert last Friday. The home’s residents were assisted to appropriately socially distant spaces outside by masked staff and then treated to a twohorn concert performed by Cordell’s outgoing band director Steve Smith and the incoming band director, Aaron Edge.
The duet played a number of patriotically-themed numbers, and even took requests from the crowd.
