Cordell city crews will be testing the city’s storm sirens Wednesday, March 11, beginning at noon.
City public works director Charlie Brown said the tests were scheduled due to a sunny forecast, which he hopes would preclude anyone from panicking when they hear the sirens.
The test, which should only last a couple of minutes, Brown said, is scheduled to begin at noon.
