Sentinel 4-H hosted the 2020 Impressive Dress and Fashion Revue contest on February 6th at Sentinel Public School. Washita County OSU Extension 4-H Educator, Dana Church, facilitated the contest and lead a “first impressions” workshop. The Impressive Dress Contest is to help 4-Hers learn to select garments suitable for specific occasions, to practice good grooming and posture, and to develop self-confidence and poise. The Fashion Revue Contest allows 4-Hers to enter garments and/or accessories that they have sewn themselves. Also included were painted t-shirts, and other hand sewn items.
