A 32-year-old Mountain View man was injured in an automobile accident near Gotebo earlier this month.
According to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol statement, Brody Harrison was driving on State Highway 54 approximately six miles north of Gotebo when his vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway, striking a private drive. Harrison then lost control of the vehicle, which rolled once before striking a concrete culvert. The truck then rolled one more time before coming to a rest.
Harrison was transported by Air Evac to OU Medical where he was admitted in critical condition with head injuries.
OHP listed the cause of the accident as “inattention,” and indicated the seat belts were not in use at the time of the incident.
