A Big Thank You To Cordell Fire

I want to give a big shoutout thank you to our Cordell Fire Department. My cousins were here from California in their motor home - parked in our trailer park which had just been freshly mowed. They remarked how nice it was on the creek.

When they first plugged in, their carbon monoxide detector went off. Firemen came and checked it. Later the next day they were headed out of town to Oklahoma City, when the detector went off continuously. They came back to the Cordell fire station and the carbon monoxide level was very high. The firemen found out it was the manifold right between the front seats where there is a place to lift it up. They covered it up with tape and towels and advised them to open the air flow from front to back. The levels came down and they made it to Oklahoma City to get it fixed.

I am saying our firemen probably saved their lives. They are amazing, friendly men. Thank you!
