Driver leads police on foot chase; man causes ruckus at city pool

On June 22 at approximately 11:45 pm a Cordell Officer observed a 2010 Silver Nissan travelling east on Main Street in Cordell. The driver, later identified as Aaron Louis Ray of Clinton, was observed to be driving outside of his lane, riding the center line, and picking up spe ed rapidly.

Willing Workers hold July meeting

OHCE Willing Workers met at Renae Dodson’s home on July 11th. Jodi Sharum was the hostess. Amber Hall called the meeting to order at 11:46 a.m. and the meeting began with the flag salute. Members then recited the County Creed.
