Don Greteman, chairman of the Midwestern Oklahoma Development Authority Board of Trustees, announced his retirement from the Board, ending 40 years of service to the Public Trust.

At the monthly meeting of Dec. 15, 2020, the Chairman expressed his gratitude to the other Trustees, for allowing him to serve on the board and take part in the ongoing promotion of economic development throughout the years, not only in Burns Flat, but for all the communities within Washita, Custer, Beckham and Kiowa counties.

Greteman was appointed to the MODA Board as a representative for the town of Burns Flat in the early 80s and served as a member before being elected to serve as Chairman after the retirement of Chairman Frank Kliewer.
