Young is putting up a three bedroom “spec” house in the Hulin Terrace Edition, located off 14th Street. (The last house built on the speculation it might be sold was constructed in 1984.)

Burch also ruled that Mounce will be tried as an adult, sighting the “violent” crime was committed against a person, not property.
