Equity Bank Hosts Pet Adoption Event

Working with the Cordell Animal Shelter Project (CASP), the Cordell branch of Equity Bank hosted a pet adoption event Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019. At the end of the day, five dogs found forever homes and none were returned to the pound or foster care.

“We’re the official bank of pets,” said Equity Universal Banker Danelle Nixon. “Equity supports local shelters, Humane Societies, and all kinds of animal support groups and organizations. Equity will donate $25 to the charity of your choice when you open a new account, or $50 for each new referral account. We’ll even let you bring your fur baby into the bank to take a photo with us!”
