District Court Judge Jill C. Weedon ruled that Cordell Schools must pay Nurnberg Roofing $75,000 in attorney fees and $2,802.49 in other costs in a legal battle that dates back to 2016.
That brings the total monies the school district owes or has paid in this case to $115,804.77 for a original roofing contract of $31,700.
Nurnberg had requested $98,215 in attorney fees.
