Students at Cordell Elementary received a suprise visit from Santa Monday, and he came bearing gifts! Each student was given a Cordell Blue Devil hooded sweatshirt.
According to Cordell Superintendent Brad Overton, Cordell Schools has received a large monetary donation from a faith-based organization for the past several years. This organization wishes to remain anonymous, but their generous donation allows the school to do good deeds throughout the year by helping students and their families who may be in need of assistance in one way or another.
Funds from this donation were used to purchase the hoodies, which were printed locally by Price Prints and featured the Cordell Blue Devil logo.
