Mona Dobbs, 74, of Rocky, passed away July 22, 2019 in Oklahoma City. She was born on April 19, 1945, in Thorton, Calif. to Wyanard and Mable (Kelley) Slaughterback. They moved to Rocky when she was 15 years old. She’s been a resident of Rocky for over 50 years. She married Lynn Dobbs on Jan.

Donivee J. Cornelius, 77, of Elk City, passed away peacefully with family by her side on July 20, 2019 at the Baptist Village in Elk City. She was born on Jan. 8, 1942, to Jonathan P. and Maudillis (Blanchard) Cornelius in Chickasha. She grew up and attended school in Lawton, graduating in 1960.

Wanda Olene Spradlin was born Nov. 7, 1930, to Oscar Woolf and Cledia (Head) Woolf in Mount Pleasant and passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019, in the Grace Living Center in Buffalo. Olene was raised in Mount Pleasant until she was 12 years old.
